Order and Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and authorized your payment for the purchase.  Within 1-2 business days of receiving your order, we automatically reach out to our shipper to confirm that it is in the warehouse and initiate immediate shipment. We make every effort to ensure all items listed on our site are in stock and available. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail to arrange an alternate or a refund.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

Once your order is processed, it will ship from the warehouse within five business days from the date of your order. Orders will be shipped by major carriers such as FedEx, UPS and DHL. All Ebikes ship for FREE. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Actual time enroute may vary based on warehouse location and final destination address.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@ebikecityzen.com
